ElevenLabs is expanding globally and seeks a Proposal Manager to own strategic pursuits in your region from qualification through submission. You'll coordinate across sales, solutions engineering, legal, and security, shaping responses and driving quality on time, every time.

You’ll run pursuits through an AI‑first system where automation handles drafting and compliance checks, while your judgment focuses on positioning, differentiation, and persuasive content across complex enterprise bids.

Qualifications

• Track record managing complex enterprise RFP or bid responses end-to-end.
• Experience at a technology company preferred.
• Excellent writing and editing skills.
• Ability to coordinate across multiple functions and time zones.

Responsabilités

• Own regional pursuits from qualification through submission.
• Decode evaluators' needs and shape response strategy.
• Coordinate input across sales, solutions engineering, legal, and security.
• Drive submissions to a high bar, on time.
• Contribute to templates and content libraries for repeat bids.
