DeepHealth is seeking a Proposal Manager to lead end-to-end responses for Enterprise Imaging and Clinical AI opportunities. You will coordinate Sales, Operations, Product, Marketing, Finance, Legal, and Security to craft accurate, differentiated responses to RFPs, RFIs, and RFQs.

The role requires 8+ years in proposal management, exceptional writing, and the ability to translate complex technical concepts for executives and clinicians. Remote work is supported; occasional travel may be needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience in a related field.
• 8+ years of experience in proposal management, bid management, or related functions.
• Proven experience leading cross-functional RFP/proposal processes.
• Excellent writing, editing, and project-management skills.
• Ability to translate technical concepts for varied audiences.
• Experience with enterprise software, healthcare tech, or AI.
• Proficiency with Word, PowerPoint, Excel, SharePoint, and content platforms.

Responsabilités

• Lead end-to-end responses to RFPs, RFIs, and RFQs with schedules, content owners, and approvals.
• Analyze solicitation requirements to identify priorities, compliance, risks, and differentiators.
• Coordinate kickoff, strategy sessions, reviews, and gates with Sales and partners.
• Translate capabilities into customer-focused narratives and executive summaries.
• Coordinate pricing, assumptions, and terms with Finance and Legal.
• Edit contributions into a cohesive, compliant response with consistent voice.
• Prepare teams for customer presentations, demos, and finalist meetings.
• Build and maintain a content library with templates, references, and version control.
• Track activity, turnaround times, outcomes, and objections; drive continuous improvements.
