ElevenLabs is a remote-first AI research and product company empowering customers with enterprise-grade AI deployments. The Deployment Strategist role focuses on understanding customer workflows, scoping high-impact AI use cases, and leading end-to-end deals from inception to close.

Based in France with remote-first flexibility, you will collaborate with Go-to-Market, Research, and engineering teams to deliver measurable business outcomes and scale our ElevenAgents platform globally.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience working with customers in a technical capacity.
• Experience in product development, delivery, and change management.
• Commercial instinct: comfortable engaging in deal conversations and enterprise sales cycles.

Responsabilités

• Meet with strategic customers to understand AI transformation goals and pain points.
• Own flagship deals end-to-end from use case to close, including pricing structures.
• Embed inside strategic customers and deliver outcomes as part of their team.
• Identify high-impact use cases and collaborate with Forward Deployed Software Engineers to implement them.
