Qualifications

• Experience delivering large, cross-functional enterprise programs.
• Strong knowledge of PM methodologies (Agile, Scrum, Waterfall) at program scale.
• Proven ability to influence without direct reporting authority.

Responsabilités

• Define program strategy, objectives and governance aligned with long-term goals.
• Lead and coordinate multiple project teams across departments to ensure cohesive progress.
• Identify and manage dependencies to prevent bottlenecks across workstreams.
• Proactively identify risks and issues, develop mitigation strategies and escalate when needed.
• Oversee program budget and resource allocation across all projects.
• Communicate updates to executive sponsors and stakeholders, ensuring transparency and ROI.
• Establish KPIs and drive post-program reviews for continuous improvement.
