Job Description

We are looking for a strategic and results-driven Senior Project Manager to oversee and coordinate a portfolio of complex, cross-functional projects. In this role, you will be the driving force behind aligning our project deliverables with the company's broader business goals. Unlike a traditional project manager who focuses on individual project execution, you will focus on the bigger picture—managing dependencies, optimizing resource allocation, and ensuring that the combined output of multiple projects delivers maximum value to the organization. The ideal candidate is a visionary leader and a masterful communicator who can navigate ambiguity, manage stakeholder expectations at the executive level, and steer overarching programs to successful completion.

Your Role
  • Program Strategy & Governance: Define the program’s strategy, objectives, and governance framework to ensure alignment with the company’s long-term business goals.
  • Cross-Functional Leadership: Lead and coordinate multiple project teams, guiding Project Managers and collaborating with department heads (e.g., Engineering, Product, Marketing) to ensure cohesive progress.
  • Dependency Management: Identify, track, and manage complex dependencies across various workstreams and projects to prevent bottlenecks.
  • Risk Mitigation: Proactively identify program-level risks and issues, developing robust mitigation strategies and escalating to senior leadership when necessary.
  • Resource & Budget Allocation: Oversee the program budget, ensuring that financial and human resources are allocated efficiently across all projects within the portfolio.
  • Stakeholder Communication: Act as the primary point of contact for executive sponsors and key stakeholders, providing regular, transparent updates on program health, milestones, and ROI.
  • Continuous Improvement: Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure program success, conducting post-program reviews to implement lessons learned and drive process improvements.
