Infosys is seeking a Senior Project Manager in Paris to oversee a portfolio of complex, cross-functional programs. You will align deliverables with business goals and manage dependencies across multiple workstreams.

The ideal candidate is a strategic leader and masterful communicator who can navigate ambiguity, manage executive stakeholders, and steer programs to successful completion with measurable ROI.

Qualifications

• Rich years of project or program management experience delivering large-scale enterprise programs.
• Deep understanding of Agile, Scrum, Waterfall methodologies and scaling to program level.
• Exceptional leadership and ability to influence without direct reporting authority.
• Experience managing large budgets, forecasting needs, and tracking expenditures.
• Outstanding written, verbal, and presentation skills for technical teams and executives.
• Proficiency with portfolio and project management software.

Responsabilités

• Define program strategy, objectives, and governance to align with long-term goals.
• Lead and coordinate multiple project teams with department heads to ensure cohesive progress.
• Identify and manage complex dependencies to prevent bottlenecks across workstreams.
• Proactively identify program risks and mitigation strategies for senior leadership.
• Oversee the program budget and allocate resources efficiently across projects.
• Act as primary contact for executive sponsors, providing regular program health updates.
• Establish KPIs and drive post-program reviews to implement improvements.
