Infosys Consulting in Paris is seeking an Oracle ERP Cloud Program Manager at the Principal level to lead end-to-end transformation programmes for our Consumer Goods, Retail & Logistics practice.

You will drive requirement workshops, define problem statements, review specifications, and deliver to-be flows, fit-gap analyses, and design documentation, while guiding large delivery teams and facilitating executive decisions.

Qualifications

• Experience leading program management for Oracle Cloud transformations.
• Ability to run workshops, define future-state visions, and build business cases.
• Proven track record delivering large-scale ERP/EPM Cloud programs.

Responsabilités

• Lead full lifecycle of Oracle Cloud transformation programmes from assessment to deployment.
• Coordinate on-, near-, and off-shore teams to ensure consistent delivery.
• Facilitate executive level decisions using Oracle Cloud roadmap and best practices.
• Mentor junior colleagues and foster an inclusive team culture.
