Ingenico in Paris is seeking a seasoned PMO/portfolio leader to drive enterprise transformation programs and governance across the Business Applications portfolio. You will partner with domain leads, project managers, and vendors to ensure delivery aligned with business outcomes.

The role requires 5+ years in PMO/portfolio management within technology transformation, strong governance, and fluency in English. Hybrid work with a minimum of 3 days in-office is offered.

Qualifications

• Proven experience leading strategic enterprise transformation programs and complex technology portfolios.
• Strong governance, risk management, and performance reporting capabilities.
• Excellent stakeholder management and influencing skills across business and tech teams.

Responsabilités

• Lead strategic enterprise programs, including modernization initiatives and portfolio governance.
• Oversee the Business Applications project portfolio, ensuring on-time, on-budget delivery with expected outcomes.
• Provide executive-level reporting and portfolio insights to IT leadership and PMO.
• Coach teams on project management methodologies, tools, and governance best practices.
• Drive continuous improvement of portfolio management processes and ways of working.
