LumApps in Paris is seeking a Senior Strategic Program Manager to lead complex enterprise programs across the full customer lifecycle—from pre-sales strategy through onboarding, integrations, governance, and value realization.

You will act as a trusted advisor to global customers, shaping transformation initiatives and ensuring measurable business outcomes. This role requires fluency in French and English and a hybrid work model in Paris.

Responsabilités

• Define and lead strategic program plans with governance structures and value realization.
• Oversee lifecycle from pre-sales to onboarding, adoption, and long-term value delivery.
• Voice of the customer to inform strategy, product direction, and service improvements.
• Identify risks and opportunities using customer data and program insights.
• Influence stakeholders at all levels across Communications, HR, IT, Operations, and frontline units.
• Collaborate with Account Management and Sales on joint account strategies and expansion opportunities.
• Lead governance, steering committees, and executive cadences for alignment.
