Infosys Limited in Lyon, France is seeking a Senior Program Manager to lead large transformation initiatives. You will own end-to-end programs, align executive stakeholders, and drive value delivery across client organizations.

The role demands 20+ years IT program management, PgMP/PMP, and a track record with top-tier IT services. You will manage multi-project delivery, governance, and strategic growth within the client account.

Qualifications

PgMP or PMP certification is a plus.
20+ years of progressive IT program management experience, including at least 5+ years with a top-tier IT service provider.
Demonstrable history of delivering large-scale, multi-year IT programs for external enterprise clients.

Responsabilités

Establish trusted advisor status with C-suite stakeholders and serve as the primary executive contact.
Lead executive steering committees, workshops, and business reviews to ensure alignment with client priorities.
Communicate program risks, issues, and progress with a no-surprises approach to executives, offering clear options.
Bridge delivery teams and client leadership, translating IT programs into business value, ROI, and strategic goals.
Own end-to-end program lifecycle from strategic planning to benefits realization and delivery.
Coordinate multiple interdependent projects and delivery teams (cloud, enterprise apps, AI).
Manage scope, budget, and contract changes per the SOW and formal change control processes.
Identify and pursue growth opportunities within the client account for consulting/services revenue.
Build and mentor a high-performance, geographically dispersed program team.
Establish governance, quality assurance, and delivery excellence throughout the program.
