Shine is seeking a People Business Partner for one or two tribes to act as a trusted advisor to leaders, guiding growth, change, and organizational evolution in a fast-moving fintech environment. You will report to the PBP Team Lead and be part of a four-person People Business Partners group.

Qualifications

• 5–7 years of experience in HR Business Partnering or a similar strategic people role in a 300+ organisation
• Experience in an international organisation
• Strong partnership with managers and senior leaders
• Solid business acumen and understanding of how people decisions impact performance
• Comfort using data, KPIs and insights to guide decisions

Responsabilités

• Partner with leaders on one or two people priorities, team effectiveness and organisational health
• Support organizational change, team design, scaling, and leadership transitions
• Drive topics like engagement, performance, feedback and career development
• Contribute to frameworks on career leveling, compensation and pay equity
• Use KPIs and people data to identify trends and guide decisions
• Help leaders navigate ambiguity and build high-performing teams
• Collaborate with Centers of Excellence and People Operations for consistent execution
