Job summary

Alma is seeking a Strategic Partnerships Manager based in Paris to own and grow a portfolio of strategic partners. You will lead initiatives that create revenue opportunities, expand scope across geographies and use cases, and align Product, Sales, Marketing, Legal and Finance to build joint value propositions.

You will drive end‑to‑end partnership execution, set KPIs, and enable partners with playbooks and materials while developing a robust partner community in a fast‑paced fintech environment.

Qualifications

• 5/7+ years in consulting, project/program management, partnerships, or similar roles in fintech or fast‑growing environments.
• Fluency in English and French; strong business sense and data‑driven communication.
• Ability to align multiple stakeholders and lead cross‑functional projects.

Responsibilities

• Own and grow a portfolio of strategic partners; build long‑term relationships and drive revenue.
• Set strategy, manage expansion, and define roadmaps for joint projects.
• Lead cross‑functional collaboration with Product, Sales, Marketing, Legal, Finance, and Regulatory.
• Drive end‑to‑end partnership execution from idea to launch and scale.
• Define KPIs/OKRs, surface insights, and implement improvements.
• Enable partners to market, sell, and support Alma; create playbooks and enablement materials.
• Design and run joint GTM plans including co‑marketing and co‑selling.
