Job summary

Schaeffler is seeking an experienced HR Business Partner to support strategic objectives in a demanding industrial environment. The role involves partnering with managers on HR matters, advising on design and workforce planning, and driving change across local, regional, and global projects.

We require a Master's in HR or related field, 8–10 years of experience, strong labor relations expertise, and fluency in English and French.

Qualifications

Master's degree in HR, labor law, business administration, or equivalent.
8–10 years of experience as an HR Business Partner, preferably internationally.
Strong expertise in labor law and employee relations.
Proven experience leading organizational transformation and change management initiatives.
Ability to influence, challenge, and coach managers at all levels.
Fluent in English and French, both written and spoken.

Responsibilities

Partner with managers and employees on a broad range of HR matters.
Advise business leaders on organizational design, workforce planning and transformation projects.
Lead and support core HR processes, including performance management, talent reviews, succession planning, compensation and career development.
Drive change management initiatives and support organizational evolution.
Contribute to employee and labor relations activities in collaboration with employee representatives and Works Councils.
Ensure compliance with labor laws, collective agreements and company policies.
Participate in local, regional, and global HR projects.
Analyze HR metrics and provide recommendations to improve organizational effectiveness and employee engagement.
