Job summary

Schaeffler is seeking an experienced HR Business Partner to support strategic objectives in a demanding industrial environment. The role involves partnering with managers on HR matters, advising on design and workforce planning, and driving change across local, regional, and global projects.

We require a Master's in HR or related field, 8–10 years of experience, strong labor relations expertise, and fluency in English and French.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in HR, labor law, business administration, or equivalent.
• 8–10 years of experience as an HR Business Partner, preferably internationally.
• Strong expertise in labor law and employee relations.
• Proven experience leading organizational transformation and change management initiatives.
• Ability to influence, challenge, and coach managers at all levels.
• Fluent in English and French, both written and spoken.

• Ensure compliance with labor laws, collective agreements and company policies.
• Participate in local, regional, and global HR projects.
• Analyze HR metrics and provide recommendations to improve organizational effectiveness and employee engagement.

Your Key Responsibilities
