Job summary

Geely France is seeking a seasoned HR Business Partner to work closely with business leaders, blending strategic partnership with hands-on HR generalist work in a fast-paced, startup-like environment.

In this role you will lead recruitment in France, shape employer branding, manage employee relations, ensure local labor-law compliance, oversee compensation/payroll coordination, and support development initiatives across the local team.

Qualifications

• Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
• At least 10 years of HR experience; able to work standalone.
• Excellent English and French; Chinese is a plus.
• Solid understanding of local labor law and HR compliance.

Responsibilities

• Partner with business leaders to understand workforce needs and provide HR solutions aligned with company goals.
• Lead end-to-end recruitment in France and build employer branding and talent pipelines to support future growth.
• Manage employee relations and ensure compliance with local labor laws and regulations.
• Support the setup of performance frameworks and development activities aligned with business priorities.
• Coordinate visas, vendor management and other local administrative needs with HQ support.
