Jobtailor is seeking an experienced HR Executive to shape and drive the company’s people strategy from the top. You will lead all HR policies, advise the Executive Management, and oversee a 11-member HR team across multiple sites.

The role requires a Master’s in HR or related field and 10–15+ years of HR leadership experience, with strong expertise in collective labour relations and employment law. Hybrid work and competitive compensation are offered.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree or equivalent in HR, Labour/Employment Law or a business school diploma.
• 10–15+ years in an HR leadership role within a multi-site company (distribution/retail/services).
• Expertise in collective labour relations, employment law, HRIS and payroll cost oversight.
• Hands-on leadership with a strategic vision and operational proximity.

Responsabilités

• Provide HR vision that creates value and guides strategic direction.
• Lead all HR policies including recruitment, development, compensation, payroll, and compliance.
• Support executive management and directors in decision-making.
• Foster constructive social dialogue and lead collective bargaining negotiations.
• Manage and develop a multidisciplinary HR team of 11 employees.
