Jobtailor is seeking an experienced HR Generalist to advise managers, oversee payroll, and ensure accurate HR data in France. The role also includes leading recruitment, onboarding, internal mobility, and employee relations, with a focus on development plans and HR metrics.

You will drive HR projects, craft reports, and collaborate with leadership to optimize people processes and compliance. Strong English skills and a valid driving licence are required.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in HR, employment law, or equivalent.
• 7–10 years of experience in a Generalist HR role.
• Proven payroll oversight experience.
• Strong knowledge of labor law and employee relations.
• Professional level of English (written and spoken).
• Valid driving licence.
