Jobtailor is seeking an experienced HR Executive to shape and drive the company’s people strategy from the top. You will lead all HR policies, advise the Executive Management, and oversee a 11-member HR team across multiple sites.

The role requires a Master’s in HR or related field and 10–15+ years of HR leadership experience, with strong expertise in collective labour relations and employment law. Hybrid work and competitive compensation are offered.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree or equivalent in HR, Labour/Employment Law or a business school diploma.
• 10–15+ years in an HR leadership role within a multi-site company (distribution/retail/services).
• Expertise in collective labour relations, employment law, HRIS and payroll cost oversight.
• Hands-on leadership with a strategic vision and operational proximity.

Responsibilities

• You support the company’s strategic direction by providing an HR vision that creates value.
• You lead all HR policies: recruitment, skills development, employee relations, compensation, personnel administration, employment law, HR communications and talent development.
• As a recognised Business Partner, you support the Executive Management, Regional Directors and managers in their decision-making.
• You foster constructive social dialogue with employee representatives and lead collective bargaining negotiations.
• You manage and develop a multidisciplinary HR team of 11 employees.

Requirements

• Master’s degree or equivalent (e.g., Master’s in Human Resources, Labour/Employment Law or a business school diploma).
• Significant experience (10–15+ years) in an HR leadership role within a multi-site company (ideally in distribution, retail or services).
• Proven expertise in collective labour relations, employment law, managing transformation projects (HRIS, job classification projects) and in overseeing payroll costs.
• Hands‑on leadership, a unifying managerial style, pragmatism and the ability to combine strategic vision with operational proximity.
