Job summary

Alma is seeking a Senior Strategic Finance professional to own end-to-end P&L planning, pricing and Board-ready analyses from the business plan to ongoing performance updates. You will drive pricing and partner with commercial, product, and operations teams to inform strategic decisions.

You will champion AI-powered workflows to automate recurring notes, COGS and pricing analyses while influencing stakeholders across a fast-growing European scale-up. French language is a plus alongside English.

Qualifications

Around 6 to 7 years of experience in strategic finance, FP&A, transaction services, consulting or a comparable analytical role.
Strong financial modelling and pricing skills: you can build a top-line business plan from raw data.
A strong appetite for AI and the ability to learn it fast.
Versatile, autonomous and business-oriented, able to influence stakeholders and take end-to-end ownership.
Work happens in English; you need French sufficient for day-to-day interactions with colleagues.

Responsibilities

Own a piece of Alma's P&L end-to-end, from the business plan through recurring analysis and Board deliverables.
Drive pricing for new and existing merchants and support high-stakes deals and RFPs.
Partner with the commercial, product and operations teams to inform decisions and present a point of view.
Prototype and industrialise AI-assisted workflows to automate recurring notes, COGS and pricing analysis.
