Job summary

Mirakl is seeking a motivated Master's student to join the Customer Success Consulting team in Paris as an internship. You will analyze client performance metrics and develop strategic recommendations to optimize marketplace operations.

You will collaborate with international teams, participate in AI-driven projects, and support the execution of seller management and assortment strategies. Proficiency in French and English is required.

Qualifications

• Currently pursuing a Master's degree (Bac+5) from a business school, university, or IEP.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and derive actionable insights.
• Excellent communication and presentation abilities to engage with clients and internal stakeholders.
• Proactive and solution-oriented mindset with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Team player who collaborates effectively in an international environment.

Responsibilities

• Analyse client performance metrics and contribute to the preparation of strategic Business Reviews.
• Support the development and implementation of tailored strategic recommendations to help clients optimise their marketplace operations.
• Participate in cross-functional projects focused on process improvement, team growth, and AI implementation.
• Collaborate with Customer Success Consultants to assist clients in building their marketplace strategy (assortment strategy, seller recruitment, organizational structure).
• Help clients implement effective tools and processes for seller management and operational excellence.
