Job summary

Matrix42 is expanding its Customer Success function in Paris, building automated lifecycle programs that drive adoption, retention, and growth. You will lead digital journeys and renewals across the segment, balancing commercial focus with customer outcomes.

You will own campaigns and CRM workflows, working with Marketing, Product, Support, and partners. French and English fluency are essential for cross-market collaboration.

Qualifications

• At least 3 years of Digital Customer Success or similar SaaS experience.
• Hands-on experience building customer campaigns and CRM workflows with measurable results.
• Commercial mindset linking engagement to retention, renewals and growth.
• Strong analytical skills using customer, contract, and engagement data.
• Clear customer-facing writing and communication skills.
• Ability to coordinate Marketing, RevOps, Sales, Support and partners on multiple programs.
• Fluency in English and French.

Responsibilities

• Build and manage digital journeys across onboarding, adoption, renewal, and growth.
• Create customer communications and self-service content with Marketing, Product, Support, and partners.
• Segment audiences by lifecycle stage, product usage, and needs for timely outreach.
• Collaborate with RevOps to implement CRM workflows and data integration.
• Test messages and journeys; use metrics to improve program effectiveness.
