Bigblue is seeking an Account Manager in Paris (Hybrid) to retain and grow key European D2C brands. You will build long-term partnerships, translate operational topics into business impact, and define improvement plans with merchants based on data analysis.

You will also monitor performance, contribute to product and process improvements, and identify growth opportunities while collaborating with cross-functional teams.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in a customer-facing role with regular stakeholder interactions.
• Native level French and professional working proficiency in English.
• Strong data analysis and Excel skills.

Responsabilités

• Build and maintain strong relationships with strategic merchant accounts.
• Act as trusted advisor linking service, cost and performance to business impact.
• Define improvement plans with merchants based on data analysis and market trends.
• Lead cross-selling and upselling initiatives to unlock additional value for merchants.
