Job summary

Aggreko, LLC is seeking a Strategic Account Director for its datacentre sector across Europe. You will develop and grow relationships with key accounts, lead strategic plans, and drive energy solutions including renewables and energy-as-a-service.

The role requires engaging C-suite stakeholders, managing long sales cycles, and coordinating across engineering, operations, finance, legal, and HSE teams. Regular travel across Europe is expected.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as strategic account manager, BD leader or consultative sales leader.
• Knowledgeable in energy solutions, distributed generation, renewables or related technical disciplines.
• Skilled at engaging senior executives and C-suite.
• Experience managing long sales cycles and large, complex contracts.
• Collaborative leader able to align cross-functional teams.
• Willingness to travel across Europe.

Responsibilities

• Build and execute strategic account plans to grow revenue and retention across European datacentre accounts.
• Build trusted relationships with senior leaders and executives.
• Identify and secure complex energy-as-a-service opportunities across renewables, decarbonisation and hybrid energy.
• Lead negotiations, contract structuring and risk assessments.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (engineering, ops, finance, legal, HSE).
• Monitor performance and identify opportunities to add value for customers.
• Advise on market trends and energy transition opportunities.
