NES Fircroft in Paris is looking for an Ingenieur d'Affaires / Business Manager to drive growth in Data Centre, Energy and related sectors. You will combine business development, client management and recruitment delivery in a true 360-degree role.

The position offers a hybrid working model with structured training and mentoring to support long-term career progression within Europe’s dynamic markets.

Qualifications

• Degree in Engineering, Business Engineering or related discipline.
• Proven commercial mindset in sales, consulting or recruitment.
• Strong communication in English and French.

Responsabilités

• Develop new business opportunities across Energy, Power and Data Centre sectors.
• Build and maintain relationships with engineering, technical and commercial stakeholders.
• Identify target organisations and key decision-makers through networking and research.
• Source, engage and manage engineering professionals across permanent and contract markets.
• Oversee full recruitment lifecycle from qualification to placement.
• Grow existing client accounts and expand service offerings.
