Moncler is seeking a Store Manager to lead its boutique in Chamonix. You will strive for business excellence, manage and coach the team, and build lasting client relationships based on listening to needs and exceeding expectations.

You will focus on delivering top performance with clear KPIs in a luxury retail environment, while maintaining visual standards and brand integrity across all store operations.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years in managerial roles within fashion luxury or retail.
• Degree with specialization in Retail/Hospitality Management preferred.
• Willingness to evolve in the organization.
• Strong luxury fashion sensitivity and industry trend awareness.
• Excellent client service and clienteling skills.
• Fluent in English and French; another language is a plus.
• Digitally aware with MS Office and store systems.

Overview

Moncler is looking for a Store Manager to lead its boutique in Chamonix.

The Store Manager strives to reach excellence in business performance and key qualitative objectives always going beyond expectations, inspiring, managing and coaching the team.

• Maintain visual merchandising standards and the overall standards in terms of technical maintenance, cleanness, staff personal appearance


• Constantly enhance the knowledge of the brand's history and values,promote collections and product features;

Qualifications

• around 3/5 Years previous experience in managerial roles in structured Fashion Luxury and Retail Companies;


• Degree with specialization in Retail/Hospitality Management would be a plus;


• Willingness to evolve in the organization;


• Strong sensitivity to luxury fashion, products, and industry trends.


• Proven excellent client service/Clienteling skills;


• Excellent styling skills with the ability to create inspiring and commercially relevant product assortments


• Fluency & sophistication in English and French, while another language is a plus;


• Digitally aware. Deep knowledge of MS Office and proven experience in clienteling, payments and warehouse management systems and tools.
