Job summary

Moncler in Chamonix-Mont-Blanc is seeking a Store Manager to lead its boutique. You will inspire and coach the team, drive performance, and uphold brand standards in a luxury retail environment.

You will build lasting client relationships, manage operations, and ensure compelling product assortments and visual merchandising, while mentoring staff and delivering exceptional service. Fluency in English and French is required; other languages are a plus.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of managerial experience in luxury fashion and retail.
• Degree with specialization in Retail or Hospitality Management is a plus.
• Fluency in English and French; other languages a plus.
• Strong client service and styling skills.
• Digitally aware with knowledge of MS Office and retail systems.

Overview

Moncler is looking for a Store Manager to lead its boutique in Chamonix.

The Store Manager strives to reach excellence in business performance and key qualitative objectives always going beyond expectations, inspiring, managing and coaching the team.

• Create a genuine, attentive and long lasting relationship with the clients, based on listening, meeting and exceeding client's needs and expectations;

• Maintain visual merchandising standards and the overall standards in terms of technical maintenance, cleanness, staff personal appearance
• Constantly enhance the knowledge of the brand's history and values,promote collections and product features;

Qualifications

• around 3/5 Years previous experience in managerial roles in structured Fashion Luxury and Retail Companies;
• Degree with specialization in Retail/Hospitality Management would be a plus;
• Willingness to evolve in the organization;
• Strong sensitivity to luxury fashion, products, and industry trends.
• Proven excellent client service/Clienteling skills;
• Excellent styling skills with the ability to create inspiring and commercially relevant product assortments
• Fluency & sophistication in English and French, while another language is a plus;
• Digitally aware. Deep knowledge of MS Office and proven experience in clienteling, payments and warehouse management systems and tools.
