Moncler in Chamonix is seeking a Store Manager to lead its boutique and drive exceptional sales and clienteling. You will guide the team, ensure outstanding customer service, and uphold luxury standards in every interaction.

The role requires 3–5 years in fashion retail management, fluency in English and French, and strong visual merchandising skills to maximize performance and client satisfaction.

Qualifications

• At least 3–5 years in managerial roles within fashion luxury and retail.
• Degree with specialization in Retail/Hospitality Management would be a plus.
• Fluency in English and French; additional languages a plus.
• Deep knowledge of MS Office and clienteling, payments and warehouse systems.

Responsabilités

• Lead the boutique team to achieve sales targets and KPIs.
• Create genuine client relationships through listening and personalized service.
• Maintain visual merchandising and store standards daily.
• Promote collections and product features to drive turnover.
• Coach and develop staff with a feedback-focused approach.
• Identify priorities, set clear tasks, and define roles for the team.
