Job summary

Moncler in Chamonix-Mont-Blanc is seeking a Store Manager to lead its boutique. You will inspire and coach the team, drive performance, and uphold brand standards in a luxury retail environment.

You will build lasting client relationships, manage operations, and ensure compelling product assortments and visual merchandising, while mentoring staff and delivering exceptional service. Fluency in English and French is required; other languages are a plus.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of managerial experience in luxury fashion and retail.
• Degree with specialization in Retail or Hospitality Management is a plus.
• Fluency in English and French; other languages a plus.
• Strong client service and styling skills.
• Digitally aware with knowledge of MS Office and retail systems.

Responsibilities

• Lead boutique team to achieve sales and KPI targets.
• Develop lasting client relationships through clienteling.
• Maintain visual merchandising and boutique standards.
• Coach and develop staff for performance and growth.
• Promote brand history, collections, and product features.
• Ensure efficient operations including payments and stock handling.
