Crocs is hiring for a Retail Stockroom Associate in our France store to receive and organize shipments, label and stock items, and support in-store operations. You’ll help maintain tidy stockrooms, assist in regular inventory counts, and contribute to achieving sales and service targets while upholding Crocs’ brand standards.

Ideal candidates have 2–3 years in retail/stockroom, flexible schedule including nights and weekends, and a passion for delivering memorable shopping experiences.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years of total retail and stockroom experience.
• Flexibility to work nights, weekends, holidays.
• Strong passion for creating memorable shopping experiences.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proactive, detail-oriented and brand ambassador.

Responsabilités

• Receive, inspect and organize new shipments throughout the week.
• Maintain consistent operational standards on sales floor and backroom.
• Manage an organized stockroom and assort footwear by size, style, type.
• Support inventory counts and stock audits to maintain accuracy.
• Contribute to achieving sales, service, and other targets.
• Assist in rotating through departments including product knowledge and stock room management.
• Support daily retail operations such as POS management, stock replenishment, pricing, and promotions.
• Adhere to asset protection and compliance procedures.
