You bring 2–3 years of retail experience, strong communication, and flexibility to work nights, weekends and holidays. You’ll represent Crocs with enthusiasm and help drive sales while upholding brand standards.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years of total retail experience.
• Flexibility in work schedule, including nights, weekends and holidays.
• Genuine excitement for retail and sales.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proactive approach to completing tasks with attention to detail.

Responsabilités

• Deliver outstanding service to consumers using Crocs' service model.
• Coordinate, delegate, prioritize and meet store deadlines.
• Learn and assist in consumer service, product knowledge, placement, visuals and stock room management.
• Support daily execution of retail operations including POS, stock replenishment, pricing and markdowns.
• Lead by example and collaborate with Store Management to improve KPIs.
