Qualifications

• 2–3 years of total retail experience, with preference for store leadership roles.
• Flexible schedule including nights, weekends, holidays, and extended hours.
• Strong passion for retail and creating memorable shopping experiences.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage customers and teams.
• Proactive, detail-oriented, and capable of working across departments.

Responsabilités

• Deliver outstanding service to consumers using the Crocs service model.
• Contribute to an enjoyable team environment and share ideas and concerns.
• Coordinate, delegate, prioritize and meet store deadlines with daily follow-up.
• Learn and assist in departments including consumer service, product knowledge, placement, and stock room management.
• Support daily execution of retail operations: POS, stock replenishment, pricing, promos, loyalty programs, cleanliness, and recovery standards.
• Lead by example and collaborate with Store Management to improve KPIs through sales-driven techniques.
• Adhere to Asset Protection policies including shortage prevention and inventory control.
