Crocs, Inc. is hiring a Sales Associate in France to deliver exceptional shopping experiences and service at our stores.

You will educate customers on products, participate in in-store promotions and events, and support the store team in achieving company goals. You will contribute to a friendly team environment, help with product knowledge, merchandising, stock handling, and daily operations including POS and loyalty programs, while upholding Crocs' brand standards and assets protection

Qualifications

• Flexibility in work schedule, including availability for nights, weekends, holidays and extended hours.

Responsabilités

• Deliver outstanding service to consumers using Crocs' service model.
• Create an enjoyable team environment by sharing ideas and concerns.
• Learn and assist in store departments including consumer service, product knowledge, visual presentation and stock room management.
• Support daily retail operations such as POS, stock replenishment, pricing and promotions, loyalty programs, and store cleanliness.
