Qualifications

• 2–3 years total retail experience; store leadership preferred.
• Proven leadership skills to drive team results.
• Strong communication in local language and English.
• Flexible schedule including nights, weekends, holidays.
• Passion for retail and creating memorable shopping experiences.
• Proactive, detail-oriented, and reliable.

Responsabilités

• Deliver outstanding service using Crocs' C.H.A.R.M. service model.
• Lead store team to meet sales and service metrics.
• Coordinate and prioritize daily store activities.
• Support inventory, pricing, markdowns and loyalty programs.
• Maintain clean, organized store and stock room.
• Uphold asset protection and compliance policies.
