Responsabilités

• Receive, inspect and organize new shipments to ensure items are labeled, tagged and stocked
• Maintain operational standards on sales floor and backroom through coaching and accountability
• Keep stockroom tidy and accessible for restocking
• Support team in meeting performance metrics including sales and service targets
• Assist in various departments including customer service, product knowledge and stock management
• Operate POS system and participate in stock replenishment, pricing and markdown processes

Overview

What You'll Do

• Receive, inspect and organize new shipments that arrive throughout the week, helping to ensure all items are properly labeled, tagged and stocked in designated areas.
• Maintain consistent operational standards, both on the sales floor and in the backroom through coaching training and accountability.
• Manage an organized and tidy stockroom, ensuring easy access to products for the sales floor. Arranging footwear by size, style, and type for efficient restocking.
• Assist in regular inventory counts and stock audits to maintain accurate records and avoid discrepancies. Support the store team in meeting and exceeding performance metrics including sales, consumer service, and other targets
• Proactively contribute to creating an enjoyable team environment that encourages the sharing of suggestions, ideas, and concerns
• Learn & assist in various departments within the store including consumer service, product knowledge and placement, visual presentation, and stock room management.
• Support team members in the daily execution of retail operations such as POS system management , stock replenishment, pricing and markdown processes, promotion of loyalty programs, and maintenance of cleanliness and recovery standards
• Adhere to Crocs, Inc. Asset Protection policies and procedures, including shortage prevention, inventory control, and compliance procedures

What You'll Bring to the Table

• 2 – 3 years of total retail and stockroom experience; candidates with previous store leadership roles are preferred
• Flexibility in work schedule, including availability for nights, weekends, holidays and extended hours, with regular attendance being essential

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, building rapport with consumers and team members alike.
