Crocs is hiring a front-line retail associate in France to deliver outstanding service and help create memorable shopping experiences. You’ll support store operations, assist customers with product knowledge and stock management, and handle POS duties while upholding Crocs brand standards.

Responsabilités

• Deliver outstanding service to consumers using the C.H.A.R.M. service model.
• Contribute to a positive team environment encouraging ideas and feedback.
• Learn and assist in store departments including consumer service, product knowledge, placement, visuals and stock room management.
• Support daily retail operations: POS, stock replenishment, pricing/markdowns, loyalty promotions, cleanliness and recovery standards.
• Lead by example with Store Management to improve personal KPIs through sales-driven techniques.
• Adhere to Crocs Asset Protection, inventory control and compliance procedures.
