Qualifications

• 2–3 years of total retail and stockroom experience; leadership experience preferred
• Willingness to work nights, weekends, holidays and extended hours

Responsabilités

• Receive, inspect and organize new shipments to ensure items are labeled, tagged and stocked
• Maintain operational standards on sales floor and backroom through coaching and accountability
• Keep stockroom tidy and accessible for restocking
• Support team in meeting performance metrics including sales and service targets
• Assist in various departments including customer service, product knowledge and stock management
• Operate POS system and participate in stock replenishment, pricing and markdown processes
