Shift Technology in Paris seeks a Staff AI Engineer to architect agentic systems and scale GenAI capabilities. You will lead design reviews, mentor engineers, and ship production-grade AI services on Azure, while staying hands-on with coding and delivery.

You’ll bridge AI research with production, implement MCP and LLM patterns, drive observability, and push performance, reliability, and security across the platform.

Qualifications

• Hands-on AI engineer with GenAI/LLM experience and backend software skills.
• Experience building with agentic frameworks and tool calling.
• Knowledge of MCP, RAG pipelines, and LLM outputs.
