Accenture France seeks an experienced AI Engineer (Agentic/Applied) to design, build, and deploy production-grade agentic AI systems across the enterprise tech stack. You will work directly with client teams, lead architecture sessions, and create scalable patterns and accelerators.

This role focuses on RAG pipelines, LLM orchestration, and production observability, with 8+ years in software engineering and hands-on work deploying agentic AI in live environments.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of software engineering in production environments.
• At least 1 year designing and deploying agentic AI in production.
• Experience with agentic orchestration frameworks at production depth.
• Direct production experience calling LLM APIs (OpenAI, Anthropic, Vertex AI).
• RAG pipelines, embeddings, and vector databases knowledge.
• Strong Python; backend experience in Java or similar; observability.

Responsabilités

• Architect and govern production-grade agentic systems at enterprise scale.
• Define RAG and LLM integration standards across engagements.
• Own LLMOps strategy, eval harness, and cost controls.
• Lead client engagements, drive architecture design sessions.
• Publish reusable patterns and engineering standards.
• Define programme-level AI impact in business terms to stakeholders.
