Shift Technology is seeking an Architect to set the technical direction across three squads, bridging Engineering, Data Science, and Infra/Security to ensure scalable, reliable Azure-based services with strong API and event-driven designs.

You will champion best practices, mentor teams, and oversee API management solutions while shaping the future of agentic AI capabilities within Shift.

Qualifications

• Must have strong C#/.NET or Python background.
• Proficient with Docker/Kubernetes and container orchestration.
• Proven ability to design clean, documented (Open API), RESTful APIs.
• Experience with LLM/Embeddings/Agentic AI frameworks.
• Hands-on IaC with Terraform, Bicep, or ARM templates.
• Deep understanding of Azure Well-Architected Framework pillars.

Responsabilités

• Set overarching technical direction and standards across three engineering squads.
• Bridge gaps between Engineering, Data Science, and Infra/Security teams.
• Lead API design, implementation, and management framework.
• Ensure Azure-based services are scalable, reliable, and developer-friendly.
• Oversee architecture for agentic AI capabilities and future product features.
• Define standards for security and budget management in AI initiatives.
