Accenture France is seeking an AI Engineer (Agentic/Applied) to design, build, and deploy production‑grade agentic AI systems across the enterprise tech stack. You will collaborate with client engineering teams, lead design sessions, and create reusable patterns that scale beyond engagements.

You will own LLM orchestration, set integration standards, and drive architectural discussions with senior stakeholders, delivering measurable AI value at scale.

Qualifications

• Significant years of software engineering experience in production environments.
• Hands-on experience designing and deploying agentic AI solutions in production.
• Experience with agentic orchestration frameworks at production depth.
• Direct experience calling LLM APIs (OpenAI, Anthropic, Vertex AI) in production code.
• RAG pipeline ownership: embeddings, chunking, vector databases.
• LLMOps fundamentals: eval harness design, prompt versioning, production observability.
• Cloud-native engineering with Kubernetes, Docker, microservices, serverless, IaC.
• Strong Python; Java or equivalent backend language; production debugging and observability.
• Leadership: managing and developing an engineering team.

Responsabilités

• Architect and govern production-grade agentic systems at enterprise scale.
• Define RAG pipeline standards across engagements and ensure transferable benchmarks.
• Set multi-LLM integration standards across providers including OpenAI and others.
• Own LLMOps at programme scale: eval strategy, prompt governance, observability.
• Lead client engagements at senior level and drive architecture discussions.
• Publish reusable patterns and accelerators to scale across engagements.
• Own measurement framework for agentic system quality and report AI impact.
