Supermicro is expanding its service team in the Netherlands. The Datacenter Solution Engineer will perform rack and stack, install server hardware, network gear and cabling, and provide on‑site support to customers.
The role involves coordinating with the engineering team, performing hardware and software checks, and occasionally traveling to customer sites, including after‑hours work as needed.

We are looking to expand our current team in the service department for our branch in the Netherlands (s‑'Hertogenbosch). Supermicro has been a household name in the field of motherboards, servers and total solutions for more than 30 years, where we provide service to major customers in various industries on the basis of service contracts.
As a Datacenter Solution Engineer you will be part of the Supermicro Global Service Installation Team and help build a world‑class service organization. Carrying out racking and installation of server hardware, network equipment and cable routing of copper/fiber optic cables. You provide technical support for installed equipment with regard to hardware and software functionalities. You report to and assist the Solutions manager in the daily business and are also part of the service desk team that works on service tickets. You also assist with customer contact and carrying out hardware break fixes on location at customers.
