Supermicro is expanding its service team in the Netherlands. The Datacenter Solution Engineer will perform rack and stack, install server hardware, network gear and cabling, and provide on‑site support to customers.

The role involves coordinating with the engineering team, performing hardware and software checks, and occasionally traveling to customer sites, including after‑hours work as needed.

Qualifications

• Five years of experience servicing complex X86 systems in a data center.
• Able to communicate in English; Dutch is a plus.
• Strong hardware diagnostics, BIOS and driver knowledge.

Responsabilités

• Perform physical installation, rack and stack, cabling and networking.
• Provide first‑line technical support via phone, email and tickets.
• Travel locally and internationally for installations and problem solving.
• Coordinate with engineering for seamless hardware integration.
