Supermicro is seeking a Service Engineer to provide remote support for France, with a mix of dedicated support and helpdesk services for the Mistral account. The role involves on-site and remote issue resolution, travel to customer sites, and collaboration with the Technical Account Manager and Product Manager to improve service programs.

• Ability to lift and handle server hardware when installing/replacing parts.

Responsabilités

• Perform on-site and remote troubleshooting of Supermicro equipment in enterprise environments.
• Support customers and resellers, ensuring SLA adherence.
• Coordinate with account managers and product teams to define service programs.
• Create fault triage information and contribute to training materials.
• Travel to customer sites to train staff or resolve issues.
