HR-HUB4TELCOS is seeking a Senior SMS Sales Director to lead and scale SMS monetization for a partner organization. This role requires a proven commercial leader with deep SMS ecosystem knowledge and a track record of driving growth and profitability.

You will define the commercial strategy, manage annual targets, mentor an international sales team, expand traffic while improving margins, and collaborate with internal stakeholders to go-to-market plans and new strategic accounts.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of senior-level experience in SMS sales or messaging services.
• Excellent understanding of the A2P SMS Ecosystem with established industry relationships within Bulk SMS (Wholesale-Enterprise, OTT, Business Messaging, Long Numbers, Short Code, VAS, etc.).
• Proven track record in managing sales teams and delivering measurable growth
• Strong understanding of A2P SMS, pricing models, routing, and market dynamics
• Strategic mindset combined with hands-on execution capability
• Any nationality is welcome, European background is considered a plus

About The Role

HR-HUB4TELCOS is seeking a Senior SMS Sales Director to lead and scale SMS monetization activities for one of our partner organizations. This role is designed for a proven commercial leader who understands the SMS ecosystem end-to-end and can drive both volume growth and profitability in a competitive global environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Define and execute the commercial strategy for SMS products and routes
• Plan and manage annual sales targets, forecasting, and budgeting
• Lead, mentor, and scale an international sales team
• Expand traffic volumes while continuously improving margins and profitability

Profile Requirements

• Minimum 10+ years of senior-level experience in SMS sales or messaging services
