HR-HUB4TELCOS is seeking a Senior SMS Sales Director to lead monetization strategies and scale global SMS business for a partner organization. This high-impact role requires a proven commercial leader with deep knowledge of the SMS ecosystem, capable of driving volume growth and profitability.

Qualifications

10+ years of senior-level experience in SMS sales or messaging services
Deep understanding of the A2P SMS ecosystem and industry relationships
Proven track record in leading sales teams and delivering growth
Strong knowledge of pricing models, routing, and market dynamics
Strategic mindset with hands-on execution capability
Nationality open; European background a plus

Responsabilités

Define and execute the commercial strategy for SMS products and routes
Plan and manage annual sales targets, forecasting, and budgeting
Lead, mentor, and scale an international sales team
