You will partner with operations leaders, lead social dialogue across CSE/CSEC/CSSCT, NAO, and collective bargaining, and help strengthen company culture within an international industrial environment.
Qualifications
- Significant industrial HR experience.
- Strong French labour relations expertise.
- Automotive supplier experience appreciated.
