Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's in HR, business, industrial relations or related field.
• 7+ years of progressive HR experience, preferably in manufacturing/aerospace.
• Strong knowledge of French labor law and employee relations.
• Experience partnering with senior operational leadership and driving workforce planning.
• Proven recruitment, talent management and performance management capabilities.

Responsabilités

• Serve as primary HR business partner to Site Director and leadership team.
• Develop and execute HR strategies aligned with production needs and growth.
• Guide managers on employee relations, performance management and organizational effectiveness.
• Partner with operations to identify workforce requirements for growth and demand.
• Oversee HR metrics, reporting, compliance with French regulations and audits.
