Harmattan AI in Paris is seeking an experienced HR Generalist to lead on-site HR operations for our industrial site. You will manage contracts, payroll inputs, absence management, and compliance with the Métallurgie collective agreement, while partnering with site leadership to enable high performance.

You'll own onboarding/offboarding, HRIS usage, and day-to-day shop-floor HR support, ensuring timely and confidential handling of sensitive information and building a safe, efficient workplace.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience as HR Generalist or HRBP.
• 2+ years on an industrial or manufacturing site.
• Solid knowledge of French Labour Code; metal industry experience is a plus.
• Hands-on experience with disciplinary procedures, absence management, and payroll.
• Autonomous, structured and reliable on-site HR lead.

Responsabilités

• Manage HR operations and personnel administration end-to-end for on-site employees.
• Oversee onboarding/offboarding, contracts, amendments, and employee files.
• Prepare payroll inputs (absences, overtime, bonuses) and liaise with payroll provider; validate payslips.
• Track absences and leave via HiBob; validate hours in Skello before payroll.
• Ensure compliance with Métallurgie and legal HR obligations as headcount scales.
• Maintain accurate HR records in the HRIS and proper archiving.
