Job summary

Responsibilities

• Drafts, reviews, negotiates and finalizes agreements with study sites per internal processes.
• Negotiates within approved parameters including investigator grants, terms and conditions.
• Ensures compliance with contract parameters, approvals, and client expectations.
• Manages budgetary guidance, templates and processes.
• Identifies and assesses legal, financial and operational risks and escalates as needed.
• Coordinates with internal departments to align site startup activities with contractual timelines.
• Aims to achieve target cycle times for site activations.
