Syneos Health France SARL seeks a Contract Specialist (COM) dedicated to sponsor contracts for a Top Pharma client based in Paris. The role combines contract management with budget oversight in line with ICH/GCP and local regulations, supporting study start-up and ongoing financial compliance.

You will negotiate Clinical Trial Research Agreements, supervise payments, coordinate with finance, legal and vendors, and help forecast and mitigate risks.

Qualifications

• 5 years of experience in clinical research or combined experience in Clinical Research and Finance/Business and Bachelor's Degree in Business Finance/ Administration/ Life Science or equivalent Health Care related experience
• Excellent verbal and written influencing and training/mentoring skills, in local language and English
• Strong coordination and organizational skills
• Skilled knowledge of budget and contract negotiations, local regulatory environment and understanding of how these impact study start-up.
• Ability to influence investigators, vendors and country managers with minimal supervision

Responsabilités

• Ownership of country budgets and local CTRAs
• Development, negotiation and completion of Clinical Trial Research Agreements (CTRA)
• Oversees and tracks clinical research-related payments
• Payment reconciliation at study close-out
• Oversees regulatory compliance (FCPA, DPS/OFAC) and financial systems
• Financial forecasting in conjunction with Sr.COM/other roles
• Collaborates with CRM, CTC, CRA, Finance and Legal for country deliverables
• Aligns country timelines with Headquarter requirements
